Within 14 days of receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return by contacting us through email. We accepted at the discretion of IRI FACADE and only be refunded as a store credit.

It is free to make an exchange within the Mainland China but if you are based outside of the Mainland China you will need to pay duties and taxes on your exchange.

Iri Facade do not refund your purchases.
